A qualified journalist, Amber Webster has been working as a Funding Specialist at Whitney Consulting since 2021. She absolutely loves working for a boss who is understanding and patient, and a business that is thriving! She enjoys learning about new industries and businesses and helping some awesome projects get the funding they need to proceed and succeed.
Previously, Amber was a freelance writer, blogger, and presenter for a number of organisations, including the WA Institute of Sport and West Australian newspapers. Additionally, she has worked in the fitness industry as a personal and group trainer for over a decade, a career which followed seamlessly from her success as an elite rower. Amber won an Olympic Bronze Medal, two World Championships, a Junior World Championship and 24 National titles in an impressive rowing career which spanned 11 years.
